Hi there! I'm Anne LaFollette
I'm thrilled that you've joined the Doodles Coaching Week! You're in for real, hands-on, practical, step-by-step training with me.
By the end of the Coaching Week, you'll have mastered the basics of how to use Adobe Illustrator to create a repeating pattern from your doodles or sketches.
You'll hear me say this often: Keep it simple! We can get fancy later.
Why, you ask? Because the goal of this Coaching Week is for you to get comfortable inside a program that you've probably never opened before. I've got you, my friend! I opened it for the very first time myself in my late 50's. If I can do it, so can YOU!
If you keep your doodles or sketches simple to start, you'll be able to focus on the steps needed to create your repeating pattern correctly. It's the steps that matter at the beginning. Not the design!
Once you've mastered the steps, Adobe Illustrator becomes another creative tool in your tool box. I can't wait to get started!
